副題	East Asian Security in the Post Cold War Era
講義内容	総合政策プロジェクト研究Iの継続科目であり、ゼミナール形式の小人数教育のもとで、学生が選択したプロジェクト（テーマ）を完成することを目標にする。論文、調査報告書、提案報告書などの形で、設定した問題の解決に役立つように指導する。
講義計画	This course will continue some of the themes being developed, especially the clash of strategic interests among the great powers in East Asia. We will look especially at the nuclear and missile proliferation problems on the Korean peninsula.
評価方法	Evaluation will be by means of a series of short reports and a project paper.
