講義題目 文化資源学における生業活動の比較

講義内容 　人類文化の基盤である生業活動に焦点をあわせ、生業活動の復原法、人類文明に深く関連する三大穀物（ムギ類、イネ類、トウモロコシ類）の栽培化過程の比較などのための基本文献の読解と諸問題の検討をおこなう。
