講義内容  The course is taught in English. It is divided into two parts. In the first part of the course, we explore the evolution of the modern presidency. In the second part of the course, we examine the operation of the modern presidency in greater detail.
学修目標  Students learn what kind of political constrains the Presidents face and advance the knowledge of American politics and political history.
