講義内容 This course will give students instruction and practice in a variety of types of business writing. We will look at the organization and the content of business letters, faxes, and e-mails. Students will have the opportunity to learn the expressions and phrases that are commonly used in business writing. Activities from the textbook will help students improve their written expression in English. The course will include a lot of group work, in which students can help one another with their writing. There will be homework every week. Classes will be conducted in English.
学修目標 When students have completed this course, they should be able to plan, write, evaluate, revise, and rewrite their own business correspondence. They will become familiar with the vocabulary and the structures that are essential to formal business writing.
