授業概要 This course prepares students to adapt smoothly and manage effectively in a foreign assignment or in an international work environment. Students will be introduced to the complex global business environment that managers and international business firms need to seriously consider when operating in an increasingly competitive and networked cross-cultural global environment. Lectures, assignments, and exams will be in English.
学修目標 1. To develop awareness and understanding of an increasingly complex global business environment, and the       issues, challenges, and opportunities that it raises.
2. To develop knowledge of some theories of international business and their implications for management.
3. To develop frameworks and skills to effectively manage in a globalizing business environment.
4. To develop sensitivity to cultural and religious differences within the business organization both in the domestic and international setting.
