授業概要 | This lecture format course deals with some of the current topics in corporate finance: Take-Over Bids (TOB), Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and Payout Policy. Lectures and the course report will be in English. This course has no prerequisites; however, a basic knowledge of corporate finance and accounting would be helpful. |
