授業概要 　効果的な授業展開、学術的なプレゼンテーション、そして学術論文の執筆をすべて英語で行う能力を育成することを目的とする。高等教育で受けた英語教育の段階を越えて、より高度な運用能力の習得を目指す。事前に作成された教案に基づく模擬授業、特定の研究テーマに関する発表と質疑応答を通して高度な発表能力育成に留意する。また、英語教育領域で論文執筆をする際に求められる、論文作成上の形式的側面（註の付け方、参考文献表の書き方など）をも含め、論文構成上必要な英語運用能力の訓練を行う。受講生の英語力に応じて、訓練のレベルを細かく設定し、体験的な学習を多く取り入れる。
学修目標 The objectives of this course are to introduce students to the presentation skills necessary for graduate students working in English. The students will learn about the linguistic and cultural expectations of the academic writing genre in the field of second language acquisition and foreign language education. By the end of the course, the students will be able to research and write a report that presents a detailed critique of a research topic in their area of expertise.

評価方法 Methods of evaluation:
The course evaluation will include continuous assessment of any work produced, a research report to be submitted at the end of the course and a presentation based upon the report.
