授業概要	This course covers several of the major topics in modern corporate finance: time value of money, risk and return, capital budgeting, capital structure, valuation of corporate securities, governance and dividend policy. The format of the course will be a mixture of lectures, class discussion and problem solving. Students are expected to have read the assigned material before it is discussed in class.
学修目標	The primary objective of this course is to prepare students to make basic financial decisions for companies.
