授業概要 This course prepares students to adapt smoothly and manage effectively in a foreign assignment or in an international work environment. Students will be introduced to the complex global business environment thatmanagers and international business firms need to seriously consider when operating in an increasingly competitive and networked cross-cultural global environment. Lectures, assignments, and exams will be in English.
学修目標 1. To understand the increasingly complex organizational architecture and diverse management strategies in international business.
2. To develop knowledge and understanding of some theories of international business and their implications for management.
3. To develop frameworks and skills to effectively manage in a globalizing business environment.
4. To develop guidelines for personal decision-making and for formulating and implementing ethical corporate policies under the conditions of international business management.

評価方法 Attendance/Class Participation (35%), Quizzes and Short Written Assignments (30%), Group Presentation (20%) and Individual or Group Report (15%)
