【授業概要】

Students will be required to participate in class working on one grammar lesson per week as described in Weekly Schedule. You will also work on vocabulary building exercises with materials provided by the instructor. Students will then be required to write eight assignments based on topics provided by the instructor, including two in-class writing assignments.

Students will look to improve their writing abilities such as style and content through the application of good grammar. In addition, you will work on improving your vocabulary knowledge.

【授業時間外の学習（準備学習等）】

Students will be required to write 6 homework writing assignments at the discretion of the instructor. The instructor will provide the topic and students are required to write one A4 page about the topic. All assignments must be typed.

【評価方法】

Grades will be based on attendance (20%), class participation (20%), homework assignments (30%), and two in-class writing assignments (30%)
