Students will be expected to actively participate in each and every class. Writing is a time-intensive activity so many writing assignments will be done outside of class as homework. Peer-evaluation will be anonymous to encourage accurate comments. In class, students will learn about effective writing through lectures, comparison of good and bad writing examples, peer evaluation, etc. A chronological folder will be used and consistently evaluated to see the progress of studentsf skills.
