【授業概要】

This is the continuation of Listening 3. Like Listening 3, it is an English listening class which will use classic and popular Hollywood movies to teach American cultural content and English listening skills. Most of the class will focus on watching and then studying parts of these movies in class using dictation and teacher explanation.

【学修目標】

Like Listening 3, the primary goal of the class is to improve the student’s listening skill by exposing students to massive amounts of listening input by watching and studying four classic Hollywood movies in class and two more at home. In order to better prepare the student for this task, a textbook has been custom made for the class by the teacher and will be available for purchase at the beginning of the semester.
