【授業概要】

英語科の共通英語教材を用い「詩」「物語」「演説」「エッセイ」「手紙」等のジャンルにおける素材を利用して、英語を書く訓練を行う。

Students will consolidate their written skills from the first term and learn how to write an essay using a topic sentence. Students will use the textbook as springboard to support exercises from the core curriculum readings texts.

Students will be able to write a comparative essay, and consolidate their letter writing skills, based on exercises from the textbook and core curriculum reading texts.

【授業時間外の学習（準備学習等）】

Writingで学習した英語はReading, Presentation,, Discussionの各授業で繰り返し形を変えながら訓練が継続されるので、復習や課題への取り組みを欠かさず、常に科目間の繋がりを意識した勉学が必要である

Students are expected to do the homework given by the teacher, and submit their papers on time. Students are also expected to revise their 2nd and 3rd drafts as advised by the teacher. Students are also expected to prepare for their mid-term test and term test.

Peer-Editingが20％、Project writingが30%、Mid-Term Testが20%、Term-Testが30%
