【授業概要】

How we communicate without using words will be the focus of the course. Looking at how people in foreign cultures communicate nonverbally, students will be able to better understand Japanese nonverbal communication. Areas of nonverbal communication to be covered include proxemics and territoriality, haptics, kinesics, olfaction, paralanguage, and chronemics.
