授業概要 This course will help you improve upon your speaking and listening skills. How do you enter into a conversation? How do you keep it going? How do you avoid turning a conversation into an interview? In this course, you will learn that conversation is usually not a series of questions and answers, but a series of responses. The syllabus is topic-based. Among other activities, you will work to complete various tasks using English only.
学修目標 Students will be able to have a ３-５ minute conversation on various topics.
Students will also be able to give ３ to 3.5 minute presentations on topics covered in class.
Students will learn techniques to help make conversations flow.
Students will increase their active vocabulary.
