【授業概要】

英語科の共通英語教材の「詩」「物語」「演説」「エッセイ」「手紙」の各ジャンルの英語を利用し、Reading in Englishでの読解を基にして、英語の発音練習を含め音声解釈表現などを学習する

【学修目標】

Presentation in this class is not presentation as in giving a speech in front of an audience, but presentation as in oral interpretation helping students:

・with language acquisition.

・with pronunciation( saying the words right and clearly) with the right tone of voice

・analyze what they are reading with the right emotions intended by the wrier and have a better understanding of the character(s) and the text

・read or perform with the right facial expressions, eye contact and other actions that can be used to express the text.

・develop speaking and listening skills

【授業時間外の学習（準備学習等）】

Readingで学修した英語はPresentation, Writing, Discussionの各授業で繰り返し形を変えながら訓練が継続されるので、復習や課題への取り組みを欠かさず、常に科目間の繋がりを意識した勉学が必要である
