授業概要	This course will examine the emergency and history of the Theology of Religions, and critically examine its contributions to religious studies in general and to Christian theology in particular. Special attention will be given to the contributions made by Japanese philosophers of religion and their impact on the field at home and abroad. This course will be conducted in English. この講義は英語で行われます。
学修目標	To prepare students for seeing relations between Japanese religions and spirituality on the one hand and Christian theology on the other.
授業計画	１〜５．Overview of major figures in the field ６〜10．Reading of representative texts 11〜15．Contemporary frontiers of the theology of religions
授業時間外の学習（準備学習など）	指示した文献の中から一点を選択しておくこと
評価方法	Class participation (50%) and a written report on one of the key figures treated (50%).
