授業概要 This course assists graduate students to develop a deeper knowledge and understanding of the globalizing business environment, as well as of the strategies, organizational structures, and human resource management of a firm that are essential to operate and compete effectively and efficiently in international business. Lectures, assignments, and presentations will be in English.
学修目標 1.To develop deeper awareness and understanding of an increasingly complex global business environment, and the issues, challenges, and opportunities that it raises.
2.To develop knowledge of some theories of international business and their implications for management.
3.To develop frameworks and skills to effectively manage in a globalizing business environment.
4.To develop sensitivity to cultural and religious differences within the business organization both in the domestic and international setting.
