講義内容 | This course covers several of the major topics in modern corporate finance: time value of money, risk and return, capital budgeting, capital structure, valuation of corporate securities, governance and dividend policy. The format of the course will be a mixture of lectures, class discussion and problem solving. Students will complete a research paper that analyses the finances of a publicly traded company. You may analyze any publicly company that is traded on the New York or NASDAQ stock exchanges. You will have to get this company's annual report, 10K and 10Q. Students are expected to have read the assigned material before it is scheduled to be discussed in class. Students must be well prepared: you must do the assigned homework and even more importantly, you should be ready to ask and answer questions in class. |
