授業概要
学修目標 The goal of this course is to enable students to understand the complexities of educational planning, specifically with regard to the planning of foreign language curricula. By the end of the course students should be familiar with the theories that underlie curriculum construction and how these impact on the development of foreign language teaching programs in Japan and other countries.

授業時間外の学習（準備学習など） You will be given materials to read before each class. In addition, you may also be given research tasks to do related to the theme of the next class.
評価方法 The grade for the course will be determined by a combination of a written report (75%) and participation in group research and discussion (25%).
