ヤンセン国際寮RLより

"3月29日に、RL/LCトレーニングを行いました！RL/LCトレーニングでは、2023年度のテーマ決めを行いました！
「1年後、こんなヤンセン国際寮にしたい」という想いを紡ぎ、テーマの案を沢山出しました。
そして、今年のテーマは「和+Independent」に決まりました！和は周りのことを考えて行動するという協調性、そしてIndependentは自主性を重んじる、この2つを大切にしていこうという意味が込められています。

On March 29, we had RL/LC training! During the RL/LC training, we decided on the theme of the dorm for this year. "This is what we want Janssen International Residence to be like one year from now!" By sharing our thoughts about this, we were able to come up with a lot of theme suggestions.
We decided on the theme of "和+Independent" for this year. "和" means cooperation by thinking about the people around us, and "Independent" means respecting the autonomy of others. "和+Independent" is meant to emphasize the importance of these two things."

※1 レジデントリーダー（Resident Leader＝RL）とは、ヤンセン国際寮の教育プログラムに密接に関与するとともに、入居者の生活上のサポートやアドバイス、国際センター事務室との橋渡しとなり、入居者の中心的な存在として活動する5名の学生スタッフです。

※2 リビングコーディネーター（Living Coordinator＝LC）とは、最大10名の入居者から構成されるグループでの生活を取りまとめる役です。各グループの中から1名が選出され多様な入居者で構成されるグループの運営や調整、日常生活上のサポートを行います。
