Things to note
- Please carry your user card when you visit the library. If you are related to Nanzan Gakuen, please bring your student ID card or other identification.
- As a general rule, babies and young children are not permitted to enter our Library.
- Please refrain from talking on mobile phones inside the entrance and exit gates.
- Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted inside the entrance and exit gates. (Water bottles with lids that can be shut may be used). (It is permissible eating and drinking at the Entrance Lounge only (beside the elevator hall) and Please do not bring food with a strong small.
- Please do not leave your personal belongings while in the library.
The Library will not be held responsible for theft of such belongings within its premises. - Please take care when using library materials. There will be a charge levied on materials that are lost, soiled or damaged.
- Taking photographs without permission inside the library is forbidden.
- Please ensure that you carry out the proper loan procedure before taking materials out of the Library.
- If you bother other users or violate Library rules, your user rights may be suspended even if you possess a valid user card.
- Please return items by the due date.

Applications for user registration from members of the general public will not be accepted during the period from one week before University scheduled course examinations begin until when those examinations finish.
During this period, please refrain from using the seats allocated for reading. (The only services available will be for user registration, borrowing and returns.)
The dates in the 2024 academic year for those periods - one week before they start to the end of examinations (not including optional extra days), are as follows:
1) 2024/ 5/22(Wed)～2024/ 6/ 3(Mon)
2) 2024/ 7/18(Thu)～2024/ 7/30(Tue)
3) 2024/11/ 6(Wed)～2024/11/18(Mon)
4) 2024/ 1/20(Mon)～2025/ 1/31(Fri)
