Undergraduate students may borrow items other than general lending as follows:

Can use the Library with showing Nanzan School Corporation ID card, if do not have one, need to register for use at the library.

Requesting Nanzan University Library materials be sent (Interlibrary loan)
Other than coming to the Library in person, it is also possible to request an Interlibrary loan of Nanzan University Library materials through a library near you.
Where to make your request
- People affiliated to other universities・・・the library of the university to whom you are affiliated
- Members of the general public ・・・Your local public library
Materials that can be requested for Interlibrary loan
【Borrowing the actual item】
- Among periodicals and reference materials there are items that cannot be taken out of the library.
- Postage cost both ways is required.
- Period of the loan is 3 weeks including the time taken sending items.
- Number of books that can be borrowed: No more than two at one time. Please use them in the library where you made the application.
- Materials held in libraries off-campus will take longer than is normally the case.
【Photocopying of journal articles etc】
- Digital photocopying 40 yen per page / Color-copying A3 200 yen per page and B4 or smaller sizes 100 yen per page.
- Microreader printer copying 50 yen per page.
To Library staff
Please apply through NACSIS-ILL.
For libraries that do not participate in NACSIS-ILL, please apply using the following method.
【How to apply (by e-mail or fax)】
- Requesting the actual item be sent Interlibrary loan request
- Requesting copies of articles in periodicals etc. be sent Application to request copying of reference literature.
※If you wish to request several items at once, please send one form for each request (1 book 1 article).
